TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Subject to the remainder of these terms and conditions, customers can claim a free gift on the qualifying HP products (HP Pavilion/HP Spectre/ HP ENVY) from the Office Everything store where the purchase was made between 25th March 2018 till 29th April 2018 or until stocks last
  2. To take advantage of the promotion, customers must purchase any of the qualifying products to receive an instant free gift once purchase is made, an instant free gift will be rewarded based on the category of which purchase falls under as seen in below table:
    Category A - HP Pavilion Get instant free gift (HP Mouse/Headset) when you purchase any HP 15 or Pavilion Notebook or Desktop
    Category B –HP ENVY/HP Spectre Get instant free gift (HP ENVY Mouse/HP Spectre Mouse) and free HP Sleeve Bag (Only for Pcs above $1000) and stand a chance to participate in a Raffle draw when you purchase any HP ENVY or HP Spectre
  3. The Raffle ticket will be issued to Customers who purchase HP ENVY/HP Spectre with an instant free gift, free HP Sleeve Bag (Only for Pcs above $1000)
  4. Customers who purchase HP Pavilion PC will not be liable to engage in the Raffle draw
  5. The Easter Make a wish made by Customers should not be more than three hundred and fifty thousand (350,000) per winner
  6. The free gift will only be issued upon HP´s satisfaction that the customer has fully complied with these terms and conditions and the associated instructions.
  7. The offer is valid only in Nigeria to end users. This offer may not be combined with any other promotional offers or special pricing offered on the qualifying products.
  8. This offer is not open to employees of HP, their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers, participating stockists or anyone connected with the promotion.
  9. Free gifts must be received by the end user customer only. Retailers may not receive vouchers on behalf of their customers.
  10. Free Gift will not be granted to a customer who has not purchased a Qualifying HP Product within the promotional period from participating retailer; and/or failed in any way to comply with these terms and conditions as determined in HP´s sole discretion.
  11. HP reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, false or illegible claims.
  12. HP is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the customer from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion.
  13. HP may cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  14. The decisions of HP in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
  15. HP reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer at any time without notice.
  16. HP shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused to customers pursuant to this promotion. However, nothing in these terms shall act so as to exclude or restrict HP´s liability for death or personal injury of customer proven to be caused by HP´s negligence.
